In less than 2 weeks, Gorman Commercial’s Stephen Gorman and Alex Browne sold separately Suites 3 & 14, 208 Canterbury Road, Canterbury. Both sales prices combined represented a yield of 4.8% which correlated to an astonishing rate per square metre of $8,350/sqm.
